Applications:

Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2) Sputtering Target can be used in semiconductor, chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and in physical vapor deposition (PVD) display and optical applications.

Molybdenum Disulfide is electrically conductive and finds many uses in microelectronics including bio-sensing, photodetectors, and supporting switchable transistors.

It is also widely used as a solid lubricant because of its’ low friction and robustness.
