LaF3, CAS# 13709-38-1

(For UV Coating)

Lanthanum Fluoride (LaF3) is an excellent Evaporation Material used in thin-film deposition for applications that require optical properties in the far UV range and high thermal stability.

It is ideal for producing coatings for applications in the UV, VIS and IR spectral range. Its predominant application is in the UV wavelength range as a high index material for optical multilayer coatings, especially for semiconductor lithography optics.

Lanthanum Fluoride granules for coating applications include infrared optics, laser systems, and optical fibers, due to its outstanding transmission characteristics and resistance to radiation. LaF3 ensures uniform and precise film deposition, making it perfect for advanced photonic and electronic applications.
